Our cold chain begins immediately after early-morning harvest. Bananas are washed, treated, and graded at our packhouse, then pre-cooled to 13-14°C pulp temperature within 6 hours. They are stored in cold rooms at 85-90% humidity until dispatch. Dedicated reefer trucks maintain temperature during the 8-10 hour road journey from Raver to JNPT Mumbai port.

What is the minimum order for a container shipment?+

A standard export order is one 40ft reefer container, which holds approximately 20-22 metric tonnes of bananas. We can also consolidate smaller volumes with other shipments depending on the destination and schedule. Contact us to discuss your specific volume requirements.

Does Grovera handle all export documentation?+

Yes.
