Three Generations of Growing Together

Our family has been farming in Raver, Maharashtra since 1983 — starting from Sangam Kela Agency with a handful of acres and bare-hand cultivation. Over three generations, we have scaled to NVPH polyhouses, cold-chain logistics, and direct farm-to-kitchen supply across Maharashtra and beyond.

We compost crop waste, rotate cover crops between seasons, and skip heavy tilling. The soil on our farm gets richer year after year — that is how our grandparents farmed, and it still works.

Open Doors, No Secrets

Every crate we ship has the harvest date, field block and growing method printed on it. We also host farm visits on Saturdays — buyers walk our polyhouses, meet the team, and see how things actually run here.

Our People Come First

We have 40 full-time workers on the farm. They earn 35% above the state agriculture minimum wage, and we provide on-site housing, education support for their children, and basic healthcare. This is not charity — it is how you keep good people.

Saving Old Seeds

We keep a small seed bank — 28 heirloom and desi varieties that commercial nurseries have stopped stocking. Not everything needs to be a hybrid. Some of these seeds came from our grandfather's plots.

Always Experimenting

We trial new varieties every rabi and kharif season, work with Jalgaon KVK, and send our supervisors to other farms across Maharashtra to learn. 5% of our revenue goes back into trying new things.

An independent lab checks our produce for pesticide residues, heavy metals, and nutrient levels every three months. The reports go on our website — same ones we show FSSAI inspectors.

Foundation: Sangam Kela Agency 🍌

Mr. Santosh Kanhaiyalal Agrawal started Sangam Kela Agency in Raver, Maharashtra. A simple banana trading business, built on handshakes and honest dealing with local farmers.

Expansion into Multi-Crop Farming 🌾

We moved beyond bananas into cotton, soybeans, pulses, chickpeas and turmeric. More crops meant more learning, and our buyers started counting on us for reliable supply.

Scale, Systems & Market Strength 📈

Competition pushed us to get sharper. We tightened our planning, controlled costs better, and grew our acreage. The farm went from good to genuinely competitive.
