3. Orders & Payments

Pricing is quoted on a per-inquiry basis depending on product type, quantity and delivery requirements. Payment terms are agreed upon between Grovera Farms and the buyer prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

- We aim for same-day or next-day dispatch for confirmed orders, subject to product availability.
- All perishable produce is transported via cold chain logistics to ensure freshness.
- Delivery areas and timelines vary based on the destination. Specific delivery terms are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
5. Quality & Returns
We take pride in the quality and freshness of our produce. Every shipment undergoes quality checks before dispatch.
- If you receive produce that does not meet expected quality standards, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Valid complaints will be resolved through replacement of the affected produce or credit towards your next order, at our discretion.
- Returns of perishable goods are not accepted due to the nature of the products. Resolution is handled via replacement or credit only.
